1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Social Fieldwork regarding your access to and use of socialfieldwork.com and related pages (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, confirming the age gate, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Social Fieldwork is a free-to-access social casino entertainment website for Canadian adults. It offers slot-style and card-style games that use virtual session credits only.

- Exist only as in-session entertainment mechanics and may reset when a session ends
- Must not be treated as a substitute for real-money gambling or financial products
5. No Real-Money Activity
You cannot deposit funds, place real-money bets, win cash, or receive physical or digital prizes of monetary value through the Platform.
Any reference to "credits", "wins", "jackpots", or "scores" describes fictional in-game values for entertainment purposes only.
6. Free Access
The Platform is provided free of charge. We do not sell subscriptions, virtual currency packs, or premium accounts. If anyone claims to sell Social Fieldwork credits or access on our behalf, that claim is fraudulent.
7. Games and Rules
Individual games are described in the Game Rules Core and on-game instructions. Outcomes are generated for entertainment and may use random or pseudo-random logic in the browser.
Past results do not predict future results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or feature.
8. Acceptable Use

11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Social Fieldwork operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that province have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your province of residence.
